Visiting Scholars
Introduction
Scholars in the China field from throughout the world tender applications for visiting scholar status at the WACS. These honorary affiliates are chosen on the strength of their research projects and the ability of the faculty or library resources at WACS to meet their research needs. Scholars generally remain at WACS for six months to five years, conduct research independently, and are expected to complete the project they originally proposed. They are also to participate regularly in the WACS' scholarly life and academic programs.
美国中国学研究会与美国近100所大学合作，签发来自美国国务院的DS-2019表。邀请来自世界各地各学科领域，其中也包括中国学、汉学专业及相关专业的本科生、硕士生、博士生以及教授、专家学者和艺术家来我们研究会进行学术研究、交流、讲座和长期授课。中国学研究会与当地十几所大学和研究机构以及图书馆、博物馆、歌剧院有着紧密合作和联系。世界中国学研究会希望与同道共用这些优良资源！
我们接受来自中华人民共和国国家基金、教育厅和大学机构财政资助的外派一切领域的留学人员，其中也包括各个地方研究机构的本科生、研究生、博士生以及任何领域的学者教授。
我们也接受那些非政府机构经费资助，欲自费来美国做短期访问和学习的非学者人士以及中学的高中生。
